Artist Statement
Di Harding (BA Hons Contemporary Crafts)
Glass & Textile Artist
The play of texture and light using contrasting materials, the purity of glass and the tactile feel of felt, paint and wax, layering and revealing. The vibrancy of colours are the inspiration to create, from nature or somewhere within. Influences are continual, sometimes sketched and worked from, or transferred from one medium to another.
